Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our platform. This is a legal agreement between you and o89bd.
Welcome and Introduction
o89bd is a safe and reliable online gaming platform for Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between each member ("you" or "user") who uses the o89bd platform (website, mobile app or any related service) and o89bd ("we", "us" or "platform").
By registering on our platform, logging in, or using any of our services, you are deemed to have fully read, understood and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These terms and conditions take effect from the moment you first create an account on the o89bd platform. Clicking the "I agree to the terms" checkbox on the registration form at the time of account creation will be considered your electronic signature of consent to these terms.

2.3 One Account Rule
Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same name, on the same device, or from the same IP address is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule may result in closure of all associated accounts.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Registration Information
You must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration. Required information includes:
- Full name (as per national ID)
- Date of birth
- Active mobile number (Bangladeshi)
- A valid and active email address
- Preferred payment method details
If the information provided is false or incomplete, o89bd reserves the right to cancel the account.
3.2 Account Security
It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. Guidelines for creating a secure password:
- Use at least 8 characters
- Mix uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and special characters
- Do not share your password with anyone you know
- If you notice any suspicious activity, notify support immediately
o89bd will not be held responsible for unauthorized access to your account if you have disclosed your login details yourself.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits
o89bd currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and direct bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The maximum deposit amount is determined by your account verification level.
Deposited funds are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, please notify the support team.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. After a withdrawal request is approved, funds are generally transferred to your chosen payment method within 10–45 minutes. Conditions for the withdrawal process:
- Your account must be fully verified to make a withdrawal
- Withdrawals can only be made to the payment method used at the time of deposit (to prevent money laundering)
- Withdrawals may be restricted if an active bonus or wagering requirement is in place
- Unusual withdrawal requests may require additional verification
4.3 Fraudulent Transactions
Depositing funds through fraudulent, counterfeit or unauthorized transactions is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the associated account will be immediately closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳5,000 will earn you an additional ৳10,000 in bonus funds. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 15x (you must wager 15 times the bonus amount).
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- Bonuses can only be used to play games on the o89bd platform and cannot be withdrawn directly
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met
- A game-specific bonus may only be usable on that particular game
- Specific terms and conditions that come with a bonus will also apply
- Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically permitted
- If a bonus is misused or an attempt is made to exploit the system, the bonus may be cancelled
5.3 VIP Program
o89bd's VIP program has three tiers. A weekly cashback benefit is available at each tier:
- Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Gold: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback
Users can be promoted to a higher VIP tier based on regular gaming activity and engagement on the platform.
6. Gameplay and Security
6.1 Fair Play Policy
All games on the o89bd platform are operated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures complete impartiality of results. Our game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI and Spribe hold internationally recognised certifications.
6.2 Technical Issues
If a game result is unclear due to an internet disconnection, server issue or technical error during a game, o89bd will provide a decision after a reasonable investigation. In such cases, o89bd's decision will be considered final.
6.3 Account Balance
No bet will be accepted if your account does not have sufficient balance. Always check your available balance before placing a bet. o89bd does not offer the facility to play on credit.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the o89bd platform. Accounts found to be in violation of these rules will be immediately closed and legal action will be taken where applicable:
- Operating multiple accounts
- Providing false identity or information
- Registering as a minor
- Accessing or using another person's account
- Misusing or manipulating the bonus system
- Using fraudulent payment methods
- Money laundering or using illegally obtained funds
- Using automated bots or software
- Attempting to bypass the platform's security measures
- Harassing or defrauding other players
- Accessing the platform using a VPN or proxy
- Unauthorized access to the platform's code or data

10. Account Closure & Suspension
10.1 Closure at User Request
You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closing your account, please ensure that your available balance has been withdrawn. Any bonus balance may be forfeited if wagering requirements are incomplete.
10.2 Closure by o89bd
o89bd reserves the right to suspend or close your account under the following circumstances:
- If these terms and conditions are violated
- If fraudulent or illegal activity is detected
- If false information is provided
- If the account is found to belong to a minor
- If the account remains inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months)
